GRS also acquires and develops commercial real estate holdings, and seeks an Executive to work closely with the Founder to create successful restaurant operations and expansion of the real estate portfolio.
This newly created Executive role is the right-hand of the Founder/CEO, ensuring the implementation of his vision and strategy. Specific expectations include operationalizing the values and standards of the business, creation of focus and accountability, and leading/developing team members consistent with service standards and financial goals/objectives.
This key Executive role serves as Integrator to unite all the major functions of the operations.
|Duties:||Key areas of responsibilities:
Lead restaurant operations to deliver superior guest services, satisfaction and strong financial performance
Oversee the hiring and training of all restaurant staff
Ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
Work closely with each site management team to manage the budget and meet revenue objectives

A strategic and entrepreneurial thinker
Bachelors degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred; or equivalent combination of educational and work experience
5+ years of leadership experience
Are a "doer" by nature
Possess critical thinking skills with strong business and cross-functional experience
Personally subscribe to a healthy living philosophy
Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends

Experience and proven track record in managing a budget, cost controls to increase revenue and profitability
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully training and developing people
