The Reception Supervisor will drive high expectations for customer service through participation and management of the reception desk team and contract administration.
|Duties:|| Interact with customers in-person, via phone or mail in order to provide information, resolve or refer complaints and coordinate service requirements. |
Provide contract administration support.
Procure supplies, materials, and equipment needed for office areas.
Supervise Reception area staff, ensuring they successfully meet customer service standards.
Schedule coverage for the reception desk, ensuring available coverage for all hours the desk is open (8am-6pm).
Assist with projects, for Sales and Marketing.
Distribute US Mail to individuals, and assists with special mailings as-needed.
|Qualifications:|| High School Diploma and some college coursework preferred|
A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service leadership role
Valid drivers license and insurance are required, with reliable transportation required, to operate a licensed motor vehicle in order to perform the job duties
Calmness under pressure and maintain records in a timely and accurate manner
Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills
Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude
Interest in helping and working with customers
Sound practical judgment of priorities
Familiar with Microsoft office suite of software products
