The Human Resource Executive is a key role with strategic partnership accountability to the Chief Financial Officer and with close ties to the Executive Team. The role has responsibility for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of workforce development, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, talent attraction (recruitment), and retention.
|Duties:||•Provide strategic leadership by translating executive goals and vision in to operational programs and strategies. |
•Nurture and craft the organization’s culture, creating people processes that support Eversight’s values, mission and goals.
•Workforce Development: strengthen Eversight's workforce capacity through building a culture of learning and development, growing leaders and developing staff through adaptive and current learning and development strategies.
•Talent Management: create, promote and implement systems and strategies to maximize retention of valued team members.
•Talent Attraction: create proactive strategic recruitment strategies to ensure the availability of talent for projected growth; position Eversight as an "employer of choice."
•Alignment of People Practices with Organizational Vision: partner closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of HR activities with operational objectives and organizational mission and vision.
|Qualifications:||•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology or closely related field.|
•A minimum of 5-10 years of proven strategic executive level experience with deep expertise in Human Resources and talent development.
•Prior experience with a healthcare, clinical or nonprofit organization is desirable.
•Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
